The Road 1 course is being endorsed by all the Central Florida Bicycling groups to aid and advocate for bicycling safety. This course is for both beginners and advanced bikers. We are hoping all cyclist respond and since the Bobbies have THREE instructors as part of our group we should show the other groups how serious we are about safety.
Here are the postings on the League of American Bicyclists website.

Hi Bobbies,
Here’s a GREAT article in the NYTimes on Nutrition (Thanks to Keri’s Aunt)
What I love about this article is the advocacy for real food. I know I have grown tired of specialty bars and gels, etc.
Some of the new BOBbies my not realize this but, when I am not riding MY bike I make a living as a dietitian. Feel free to email me with your thoughts and questions.

The Cycling Smackdown was a blast, and a huge success! Many, many thanks to BOBbies Extraordinaire Carol and Mary for initiating, organizing and working tirelessly while we all played.
Photos can be viewed in the Gallery at Commute Orlando.
